QUICK CRISPY CHOCOLATES

The quickest and most delicious chocolates that you’ll ever make! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

200gr finely chopped couverture

½ teacup chocolate riceflakes

½ teacup coarsely chopped walnuts 

½ teacup raisins

I also added ½ teacup rice flakes and whole wheat flakes (without chocolate)

PREPARATION

Let the chopped couverture melt in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.

and we let it some time to cold.

Take the bowl off the heat and add the flakes, the walnuts and the raisins.

Stir the mixture well.

Put a sheet of greaseproof paper onto a baking sheet.

Put teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet.

Leave the chocolates to harden.

If you like, you can wrap them in foil.
