• 2 green peppers
• 3-4 tomatoes
• 4 eggs
• 1 quarter feta cheese
• some oil for the pan
Wash and cut the peppers in thin slices, clean and grate the tomatoes and grate the feta cheese in small pieces. Add some olive oil in a pan to heat and add the peppers to soften them.
Throw in the tomatoes
and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, and then add the feta and mix.
Beat the eggs and pour them in the pan
Mix while lowering the flame because it splashes.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper and once it thickens and it drinks up its juices, remove from fire and serve on plates.
It’s a fast and delicious snack/meal.
