INGREDIENTS:
• toast bread without crust
• colorful peppers 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange, 1 green
• 1/2 kilo ground beef
• 1-2 scallions
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 large double cream
• various yellow cheeses of your choice
• tomato puree
• oil
• salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Prepare the ground beef as you would for bolognese…sauté the onion with the garlic
and add in the ground beef.
Afterwards add in the puree,
the herbs, allspice, cinnamon, pepper, water and let them boil together.
Then chop the pepper in thick slices
and slightly sauté them in another pan.
Add some water and let them slowly boil on a low heat.
Take a baking pan, depending on the quantity you want to make, butter or oil it
and add a layer of the toast bread.
