1 kg soft feta cheese
3-4 spicy green bell peppers
Olive oil
A pinch salt
PREPARATION
Sear the peppers and peel them off.
Remove the spores of the peppers.
In a blender, mash the peppers with some tablespoons olive oil.
In a big mixing bowl, stir feta cheese with a fork or whisk, not blender, until thick and creamy.
Add the pepper pulp and stir well. Add salt only if you taste it and still think that is needed.
This recipe is so easy and tasty!
If you like it spicier, you can add more peppers.
This is the perfect appetizer for ouzo and beer, with crackers and breadsticks!
