Simple tsourekia, with chocolate, syrupy with praline filling. There all one and one, with sure success!

INGREDIENTS (for two tsourekia/BRIOCHE):
• 4 scoops (bread maker’s scoop) strong flour for tsourekia (570 g.)
• 54 gr. fresh yeast
• 14 scoops (bread maker’s spoon) sugar (190 g.)
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp mahlepi grated
• Nose of 1tsp grated mastic
• zest of a small orange
• 110 ml lukewarm fresh milk
• 120 gr. melted lukewarm milk butter
PREPARATION:
Add the ingredients in the bread maker as I list them above, leave out the milk and the butter.
In the MENU choose the DOUGH program and press START to put the machine in operation.
In the first 3 minutes we slowly add the milk
and the melted butter.
Let it operate for as much time it shows (mine needs an hour and 40 minutes).
Once the program finishes press OFF and leave the dough to rise in the machines bucket or place in a large bowl and put it somewhere in the house where the temperature is very warm, until it doubles in size.
Afterwards divide the dough and shape the tsourekia putting them on baking pans that we have layered with baking sheet
and put them in a warm place again to double in size.
