INGREDIENTS:
• 1 packet Farina flour
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 plate of Vitam butter
• 1/2 glass of evaporated milk, not diluted
• 1/2 glass of fresh orange juice
• zest of oranges from orange juice
• 3 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 vanilla
• ready chocolate fondant (2 sachets)
PREPARATION:
Beat the butter in the mixer until it fluffs up. Then add the sugar consecutively with the eggs.
Add the vanilla and orange zest.
Mix the orange juice with the milk and pour the mixture in the mixer
while consecutively adding the flour.
While the mixer combines the ingredients, butter and flour the baking pan you’ll use and preheat the oven at 180C only with the lower heaters function.
Once the dough is ready pour some of it in the pan,
while in a small bowl add the cocoa with 5 tablespoons of the cake dough and combine them.
Pour the cocoa mixture all around in the pan
and on top add the rest of the cake dough,
bake it for 50 minutes. 5 minutes before its baked (45 minutes baking time) turn the oven to use the upper heaters function ONLY.
Once the cake is ready turn it over in a plate and garnish with the ready chocolate fondant.
Sprinkle some grated biscuit or truffle or any other decoration you want on top.
NOTE:
CAUTION!!! NEVER open the oven while baking the cake and only bake it from underneath so it has the strength to rise and you’ll have a successful swelling of the dough.
