INGREDIENTS:
• 500 gr crust phyllo
• 150-200 gr feta cheese
• 150-200 gr kasseri cheese
• 150-200 gr gouda cheese
• 150-200 gr pecorino cheese
• 4 eggs
• ½ liter fresh milk
• Pepper
• Olive oil
PREPARATION:
Grate and crumble the cheeses,
mix them all together and add some pepper.
Use a baking pan or cake form (I used cake form) and smear it with olive oil.
Take the phyllo one by one, oil it and layer it in the form.
Use 3 underneath,
top up with the cheese mixture and then take 3-4 phyllos and cut them up with your hands and place them inside with the cheeses.
If the phyllo exceeds when you use a form then turn it inside the form and cover the mixture. If you use a baking pan then add the rest of the phyllo on top oiling them one by one.
