INGREDIENTS:
• 1 kg pork chopped for tigania (small chunks)
• 1 large onion
• 4 spring onions
• ½ can of mushrooms
• ½ pepper in 3 colors (green-yellow-red)
• 1 glass white wine
• salt, pepper, oregano
• 1 to 1 ½ lemons
PREPARATION:
Once you’ve told your butcher to cut the pork in small chunks, wash it and then add salt, pepper and oregano to it.
Add some oil in a deep pan and once it warms up sauté the pork chunks until it slightly browns.
Then lower the heat and add in the onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Sauté them all together until the veggies soften.
