6 eggs
1 coffee cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons tomato paste, dissolved in 1 glass of water
Salt
Pepper
PREPARATION
Warm olive oil in frying pan and add the garlic.
Sauté...
...and add the dissolved tomato paste.
Bring to boil.
Break the eggs into the frying pan. Cover with sauce to help them fry.
Season and serve immediately.
Accompany with french fries and fresh bread.
