Chicken with all its cream (double cream)

Chicken with cream, a recipe with great taste.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 portions)
• 2 chicken thighs
• 2 large onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 3 to 4 medium carrots
• 1 bell pepper any color you want you can make a mix of colors and a bit Universal
• 1 can preserved mushrooms or half if you prefer (I put in a whole one)
• 1 small double cream 200 ml
• salt and pepper
• 1 pinch oregano
• 3-4 allspice berries

• some oil

PREPARATION:
Chop the onions, garlic and pepper then add them in a pot with some oil you warmed prior.

Then add the mushrooms and chicken and sauté them all together.

Cut the carrots in small slices, add in in with pepper, allspice, oregano and water. Let in boil slowly until it’s left with only its juices.

Afterwards sprinkle some salt, remove from the stove and add the double cream. But the pot back on the stove and let it boil for 5 minutes.

It’s lovely with rice or crunchy fries.
