INGREDIENTS:
• ½ yogurt from bag
• 3-4 crushed or chopped garlic cloves
• 1 ½ grated cucumbers
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• ½ wine glass olive oil
• Salt-pepper
PREPARATION:
Clean and grate the cucumbers,
then squeeze them in your hands so they lose they excess moisture.
Add them in the yogurt that you placed in a bowl.
Chop the garlic and add it in as well.
Then sprinkle the vinegar, salt and pepper
and mix together well until the ingredients combine. Afterwards pop it in the fridge to cool.
