You can t believe how easy and delicious is to make these truffles!Your kids will love'em...Just try them!
INGREDIENTS:
• 200 gr chocolate
• 200 ml double cream
• ½ glass icing sugar
• 3 tbsp. liquor of your liking…I used amaretto
• 2 handfuls of chopped walnuts
• 2 handfuls of chopped hazelnuts
• decorating truffle or nuts to sprinkle
• ½ packet of crushed petit beurre biscuits
In a small pot add the double cream to warm up on a low heat,
then add the chocolate and stir to melt it.
Remove it from heat and add the icing sugar in, whisking continuously.
Then add in the nuts and the biscuits.
Mix them together well until the mixture becomes porridge like in consistency.
Let it cool down and then pop it in the fridge for 30-45 minutes, so you can shape it in small balls.
Once it cools down shape the mixture in small balls
and sprinkle them with chocolate or colored truffle, crushed nuts or chocolate flakes.
Store them and preserve them in your fridge.
