DAKOS WITH AN AROMA FROM CRETE

Cretan dakos. Lovely and unbeatable in nutrition value and tastefulness.

INGREDIENTS:
As many barley dakos as you want, 
• tomatoes
• crumbled feta cheese or 
• pitted olives
• capers
• oils

• salt, pepper, oregano

PREPARATION:
Peel the tomatoes and cut them in small squares

or grind them on the grater. Put them in a bowl, salt them

and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, add in the cut olives and capers, some pepper, oregano, oil and mix the ingredients slightly

and use a spoon to place the mixture on the dakos.

It’s a tasteful, easy dinner recipe. Of course it’s lovely accompanied by tsikoudia…and…CHEERS TO US!!!
