INGREDIENTS:
• 800 gr. chicken breast cut in slices
• ½ cup spring onions finely chopped
• 200 gr. graviera cheese grated
• 100 gr. kefalotiri cheese grated
• 2 tbsp. fresh mint finely chopped
• ½ kg yogurt
• 3 eggs slightly whisked
• Salt-pepper
• Olive oil
PREPARATION:
Wash the chicken well, cut it in slices and sauté it in a pan with some olive oil that you pre-warmed.
Once the chicken colors from all sides
add in the spring onions and sauté them all together until the onions soften, then remove from heat and let aside to cool slightly.
Then add the cheeses, mint, salt, pepper and mix together.
In a bowl slightly whisk the eggs,
pour the yogurt in the eggs and whisk together
