HOMEMADE LEMONADE

It is the perfect season for fresh, fragrant lemons, especially if you have lemon trees of your own. 
I gathered all the lemons of my lemon tree, I made lemonade and I filled some ice packs with the lemon juice, so that I can use it in summer.

INGREDIENTS

4 glasses fresh lemon juice
6 glasses sugar
For each glass of lemon juice, you’ll need 1 ½ glass sugar or 2 if you want it sweeter (I think that this extra sugar would be unnecessary)

PREPARATION
Squeeze the lemons.

Strain the juice into fine sieve.

Measure how many glasses of lemon juice you have.
Calculate how much sugar you’ll need, and add it to the juice.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Divide the lemonade in sterilized glass bottles and keep it in the fridge.

To serve shake the bottle and pour in a glass 1/3 juice and 2/3 cold water.
Mix well and add several ice cubes, especially in hot days.
