Cheese cookies

 INGREDIENTS:
• 1 glass maize oil
• 1 glass grated kefalotiri cheese
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 glass diluted evaporated milk
• 1 sachet baking powder
• some pepper
• some paprika
• 1 pinch salt
• about 800 gr all-purpose flour

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients in a large bowl, except the flour and the cheeses and combine together.

Then add the cheeses, combine continuously 

and slowly add the flour.Knead the ingredients to form dough, knead it until the dough is pliable.

Take some dough in your hands and form it in small cookies in any shape you prefer. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180C until they pick some color.

If you want before you pop them in the oven to bake them, sprinkle them with some grated kefalotiri cheese(or other salty cheese).
