• 200 gr. dark chocolate
• 3 eggs
• 40 gr. brown sugar
• 50 gr. butter
• 1 tbsp. Farina type flour (self-rising)
• 3 medium bananas melted
Melt 100gr. of chocolate with the butter in a bain marie
and put it aside.
In a bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar,
add the flour and whisk again.
Add the melted chocolate whisk well with the whisker.
Add the bananas
Add the melted chocolate whisk well with the whisker. Add the bananas and mix, then separate the mixture evenly in 6 individual soufflé baking forms that we prior buttered and floured (remove the excess flour).
Afterwards add 3-4 pieces of chocolate on top of each soufflé
and bake in a preheated oven at 220C for 10-12 minutes.
Serve them lukewarm, plain or with your chosen ice-cream!!!
