• ½ kg penne pasta
• 1 deep plate crumbled feta cheese (I didn’t counted the quantity to give you the grams)
• 1 deep plate grates kefalotiti cheese
• 2 eggs
• ½ can mushrooms
• 1 cup milk
• Olive oil
Cook the penne in boiled water for 11 minutes and strain them then add them in the pot again.
Add some oil in a pan and sauté the sliced mushrooms, then set aside to cool for a bit.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl,
add the milk while whisking
and then add the cheeses, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the mushrooms.
The pour the ingredients’ mixture over the pasta, mix well together and then pour the mixture in an oiled baking pan that you sprinkled with some kefalotiti cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minutes until it gets golden on top.
NOTE: You can use any kind of pasta you want.
